Dianne in childcare is great! This is the first place that my kids cry when it comes times to go home. She is an extraordinarily loving person who obviously loves children. She knows every child (and parent) by name and treats them as individuals. Having this excellent service is a big plus. It is nice to have a place where you can work out knowing your kids are safe, loving and fun filled environments.

I thoroughly enjoy the pilate’s and yoga classes. My other favorites include step, cardio-kick and spinning. I looked at other gyms in the area but could not find classes I like. The fitness Zone is the place for me.

My husband and I enjoy it here. The facilities are extremely clean and there is always help when we need it. The cost for both of us is about the same as one membership at other gym. Particularly impressive, is the fact that we were not asked to commit to a long term contract. There are no Contracts at the Fitness Zone and I like that.
